queers, weirdos, degenerates, sissies, deviants, dykes. We are trans, butch, tomboys, fairies, twinks, undefined, confused, closeted, promiscuous. We are gays, lesbians, half-males, half-females, bisexual, non-binary, sexual dissidents, diverse. We are humans.
We are reclaiming the terms used to degrade, oppress, and silence us.
We are part of an imagined place, a country, a society. We are against oppression, violence, machismo and social discrimination around sexual diversity and gender.
We are the product of past social movements. We inherit the legacy of those who jeopardize their lives and freedoms in the fight for their human rights.
All this, while living our individual, family and social struggles. We are in constant rebellion against a society that seeks to homogenize us.
